Required Ingredients
– 250 g cooked rice
– 250 g sliced mushrooms
– 20 cl verse room
– 1 sliced onion
– 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
– 80 g grated cheese
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation of the Casserole
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion and garlic for 2 minutes until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they are soft and release their moisture. Stir regularly to prevent burning.
4. Lower the heat and add the fresh cream, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well together.
5. Add the cooked rice to the mushroom mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
6. Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
